CLASSICAL MUSIC

Ben in rehearsal with string quartet in Shanghai, China, October 2003!Benjamin Streeter Redwine is classically trained, studying with pre-eminent teachers at prestigious universities. He has been featured as a soloist with professional orchestras and bands and has performed extensively as a chamber musician in various ensembles in major cities internationally.

He can be heard around the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore areas performing with Washington Musica Viva. His performance as a soloist with your orchestra or band or as a recitalist will be musically interesting, exciting, and will probably include at least one jazz selection!

"Carl Banner has surrounded himself with fine chamber artists: clarinetist Ben Redwine, whose sophistication in the Brahms (trio) was as compelling as his sense of humor in switching among six different-size clarinets for the Stephens (Inventions) work..." --Joan Reinthaler, Washington Post, August 22nd, 2008.

Hear Ben playing Mozart's Kegelstatt Trio with Washington Musica Viva on March 26, 2008.
